Hey there! I’m Larakay. I’m a pop artist from The Netherlands, and my story is a bit of a mix. I was born in Hungary in 1996, but when I was about a year old, a lovely Dutch-Hungarian couple adopted me. Growing up in the Netherlands shaped who I am today, both as a person and as an artist.<\/p>\n
Now, let’s talk music! I’ve been into it since I was little. Started with drum lessons from Clara de Mik (Slagerij Van Kampen) and then jumped into singing classes at the Babette Labeij Music Academy when I was 12. Fast forward, I performed at WOOHAH in 2019 and graduated from the Herman Brood Academy in 2020.<\/p>\n
After some cool collaborations, I decided to go solo in 2020 and released my own music.With my toplining etc. I gained over 13 million people have listened to my tunes It’s all about sharing my music with more people.<\/p>\n
I get my musical vibes from awesome artists like Amy Winehouse, Justin Bieber, and Hayley Williams from Paramore. My music is like a mix of Pop with a dash of Hip-Hop, Punk, Trap, Reggae, and a bit of Gypsy flavor because, hey, that’s part of who I am.<\/p>\n
Lyrically, my songs explore some deep feelings, but mostly, I pair them with beats that give you good vibes and energy. It’s all about balancing dark thoughts with a happy face.<\/p>\n
